URU Safeguarding Incident Reporting Form

This form is used to report any safeguarding-related concerns, incidents, or allegations involving players, staff, volunteers, spectators, or any individuals within the rugby environment. It covers issues such as misconduct, abuse, harassment, or any behaviour that may put someone at risk. The form should be completed promptly by the person witnessing or receiving the concern and submitted to the appropriate Safeguarding Officer. It supports clear, confidential, and accurate reporting in line with Uganda Rugby Union’s safeguarding procedures and international standards.
