This document outlines the Uganda Rugby Union General Code of Conduct, setting the expected standards of behaviour for all players, coaches, officials, and stakeholders involved in Ugandan rugby. It promotes integrity, respect, discipline, and accountability both on and off the field, in line with national and international rugby values.
U‑SAFE is the official Safeguarding Programme of the Uganda Rugby Union, dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment across the game. We work hand-in-hand with clubs, schools, and communities to protect and empower all participants, especially children, women, and those most at risk, ensuring rugby remains a sport where everyone can thrive, free from harm or discrimination.
